Los Alcazares Today is a website set up by Murcia Today specifically for residents of the urbanisation in Southwest Murcia, providing news and information on what’s happening in the local area, which is the largest English-speaking expat area in the Region of Murcia.
When submitting text to be included on Los Alcazares Today, please abide by the following guidelines so we can upload your article as swiftly as possible:

Alicante City Bus Station
For metropolitan and regional services as well as coach journeys across Spain and Europe
Alicante bus station is a modern and functional building open 24 hours a day with buses travelling to hundreds of different destinations with links to local and regional bus services as well journeys across Spain and Europe, with 14 different companies operating at the station.
The station is located in the centre of Alicante in Calle del Muelle de Poniente, next to the Club Náutico and the Panoramis shopping centre.
There are a total of 19 platforms providing frequent and inexpensive coach journeys travelling to both national and international destinations.
Public parking is just 150 metres away in Calle Muelle de Poniente and in the Panormis shopping centre, as well as there being a drop-off bay in the main entrance of the station where cars can pick up and drop off travellers with a maximum stay of 5 minutes.
The station is 900 metres from the Alicante Terminal Tailway Station, which can be accessed via Avenida de Oscar Esplá by taking bus line 6, and approximately 1900 metres from the TMS ferry terminal.
There is a 24 -hour taxi rank by the station entrance and there is an Aerobus shuttle bus service (Line C6) that runs every 20 minutes connecting the bus station with the Alicante terminal railway station and the Altet Airport, costing a small journey price of 3.85 euros. The 'Aerobus' stop can be located just outside of the bus station on Avenida de Loring.
The station has ample facilities and services including an Information desk, a café, a luggage storeroom, vending machines, telephone booths, free wifi, a photo booth, a ticket office and a travel shop, most of which are open 24 hours.
Tickets can be purchased either from the ticket offices on the second floor, which can be accessed by the stairs or elevator, from the self-service ticket machines on the first floor or via the Bus station website.
Visitors are advised to take caution when crossing from one platform to another on the opposite side of the station by avoiding the manoeuvre bus zone in the middle and instead using the pedestrian pathways that are clearly marked around the edges of the operating area.
