Wednesdays in June, Cancer and general health awareness walks in Alhama de Murcia

Healthy evening exercise in the centre of Alhama

On Wednesday evenings during June a series of “health walks” is being held in collaboration with the national AECC cancer charity in Alhama de Murcia, combining some healthy exercise with various walks in which easy and practical advice is given on how to look after your health.

Each event begins at 19.15 with a short talk in the Casa Amarilla, except the last one on 25^th June which starts in the Jardín de los Patos, and then continues with some basic stretching exercises before the walk.

The activity is completely free of charge but registration is required, at the Casa Amarilla in person, by telephone on 900 100036 or at the start of the event from 19.00 onwards.
