Can I use my Excom Mobile card abroad?

Yes, you can do so by requesting the activation of Roaming when you travel outside Spain. The quickest and easiest way to activate it is from your ‘Private Area’ on the website. Just visit www.excom.es and click on ‘Area Privada’ in the top righthand corner.

What is the difference between Roaming and International calls?

The roaming service with Excom is activated when you use your device outside Spain to make or receive calls to Spain and text messages, as well as to surf the internet.

International calls are calls you make from Spain (or from outside Spain when roaming) to any non-Spanish mobile or landline number and are charged in addition to your standard rate, unless you have an international minutes voucher.

What are the advantages of contracting internet with Excom in my second home?
