Until November 29 Stunning exhibition of the paintings of Toval in Lorca

El Puente y El Mar at the Palacete del Huerto Ruano in Lorca

The widely acclaimed painter Cristóbal Pérez García ‘Toval’ is exhibiting a selection of his latest work at the Palacete del Huerto Ruano in Lorca until November 29, with admission free of charge on weekdays from 11.00 to 14.00 and from 17.00 to 20.00.

Toval has lived in the Region of Murcia for over 20 years and in this exhibition of over 50 canvases he focuses on oil paintings of landscapes and cityscapes. Among the cities depicted are London, New York, San Francisco, Madrid and Venice, and there are also incredibly hyper-realistic seascapes on view. This contrast in subject matter explains the title of the exhibition, “El puente y el mar” (The Bridge and the Sea).

During his career Toval has exhibited at hundreds of venues including some in Barcelona, Málaga, Madrid, London, Germany and France. He is considered one of the finest painters currently working in Murcia and has achieved international renown.
