Los Alcazares Today is a website set up by Murcia Today specifically for residents of the urbanisation in Southwest Murcia, providing news and information on what’s happening in the local area, which is the largest English-speaking expat area in the Region of Murcia.

When submitting text to be included on Los Alcazares Today, please abide by the following guidelines so we can upload your article as swiftly as possible:

Attach the information in a Word Document or Google Doc

Include all relevant points, including:

Who is the organisation running the event?

Where is it happening?

When?

How much does it cost?

Is it necessary to book beforehand, or can people just show up on the day?

Create your own postcard at some of the main sights in Los Alcázares!

The Photocall tourist route in Los AlcázaresThe tourism department of the Town Hall of Los Alcázares has created a “photocall route” along the seafront promenade and alongside some of the most important and attractive locations in the town so that visitors can capture their own images and create their own postcards, easily uploaded onto social networks!

These photocall points are available day and night, at daybreak and at sunset, and are situated at the following locations:

* The mining train

* The Torre de Rame

* The Balneario de la Concha

* The Monument to Fishermen

* The Roman remains of Los Diegos

* The Aljibe Colorao water deposit

* The church of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción

* The C-101 aeroplane roundabout
