The new academic year has well and truly kicked in now, and if you're already missing the long, lazy days of summer, you're not alone. Classrooms are full again, timetables are back with a vengeance, and for teachers across the region, the holidays already feel like a distant memory. Terra Natura Murcia clearly understands the feeling, because from September 1st to October 23rd, it's running a promotion designed to give teaching staff a proper reason to get back out into the sunshine.It's a lovely little gesture, really. How the offer works
Any teacher who can show proof of their profession gets into Terra Natura Murcia completely free. They can also bring up to three guests, family, friends or whoever fancies a day out, and those guests will each get 50% off their ticket.

What you'll need to bring
To claim the offer, teachers need to take the following documents to the ticket office:
- A completed accreditation form, printed and stamped by their school (available to download from the Terra Natura Murcia website)
- A valid ID card
- The header of their most recent payslip
Once the paperwork's been checked, the free ticket and companion discount are applied there and then, so it's worth having everything ready before joining the queue.
Worth knowing before you go
The offer can't be combined with any other discounts or promotions, so it's best treated as a standalone day out rather than stacked with existing offers. It's a fair swap though, given what's on offer.

For anyone who hasn't visited, Terra Natura Murcia is one of the largest wildlife parks in western Spain, home to more than 500 animals across 50 species, from giraffes and hippos to brown bears and a white African rhinoceros.
