Terra Natura Murcia open the door to a summer of fun and learning
Guardians of the Water returns in 2026 with games, workshops, animals and water activities for children aged 3 to 12
If you are looking for a summer activity that keeps the kids happy, active and learning at the same time, Terra Natura Murcia have just the thing. Their Summer School 2026, called Guardians of the Water, is now open for bookings, and it promises a summer full of fun, discovery and adventure for children aged 3 to 12.Running from June 23 to September 7, 2026, the programme gives families a well-rounded option for the long school holidays. Children will enjoy a mix of park missions, team games, creative workshops and water-based activities, all with a focus on nature, animals and the importance of caring for water and the planet.
This year, the children’s adventure is guided by TOR, the park’s tornado character, who helps bring the experience to life through weekly challenges and activities. It is a playful touch that gives the summer school a real sense of story, while keeping things fun and easy for younger children to follow.
One of the biggest attractions is daily access to Aqua Natura Murcia, which adds a welcome splash of excitement to the programme. For many families, that alone will make it especially appealing during the warmer months. Each child will also receive a free towel, which is a handy extra and a nice little bonus for parents too.
A summer that works for families
Terra Natura Murcia has also made sure the schedule is flexible enough to suit different routines. The main hours run from 9.00am to 2.00pm, with optional services available for families who need them. These include an early drop-off from 7.30am and a later pick-up option until 3.15pm.
That makes the summer school not only fun, but practical as well. Children can spend their days in a safe and lively environment, while parents have the reassurance of knowing they are in good hands and enjoying a variety of activities rather than just passing the time.
There is also a Summer Camp for teenagers aged 12 to 16, with age-appropriate activities designed to suit older children and their interests. So, whether you have little ones or teens, there is something on offer at Terra Natura Murcia this summer.

Why it stands out
What makes this summer school particularly appealing is the way it mixes learning with fun in a setting that feels open, natural and different from the usual childcare options. Children can explore, make friends, get creative and enjoy the water, all while learning a little more about nature along the way.
For families looking ahead to the summer, this is a good time to take a closer look. With places now available, Guardians of the Water looks set to be another bright and busy season at Terra Natura Murcia.
