Simply Spanish Homes is opening the doors of its new Los Alcázares office on Halloween, and the only thing the team is hoping to frighten away is the stress of buying and selling property!

 

The opening party takes place on Saturday October 31 from 10am until 2pm at Calle Marqués de Rozalejo 133/135, close to the Saturday market, with drinks and snacks for everyone who drops in. Anyone thinking of buying or selling, or who simply fancies a friendly chat about property in the area, can meet the team and join the celebrations.

 

Guests are welcome to bring a friend too, as the refreshments are on the house, which makes it all treats and no tricks.

 

Sellers have something to cheer about as well. Owners who register their property for sale with Simply Spanish Homes by December 31, 2026 will receive a reduced commission rate, and the team will explain how it works on the day, so there’s nothing to be afraid of when it comes to the small print.

 

Once the party is over, the office will open for regular business on Monday November 2, 2026. Opening hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday.
