Robbie Williams to light up Seville's Plaza de España next summer
The Britpop star brings two full albums to Iconica Santalucía Sevilla Fest
Picture this: Robbie Williams touching down in Seville for the first time ever, ready to rock Plaza de España under the stars. It’s part of the 2026 Icónica Santalucía Sevilla Fest, with his show set for Tuesday June 30 on the Long 90’s Tour. Organisers are buzzing about it as one of next year’s real highlights, and they reckon he’s arriving “at the height of his creative powers.”What makes this gig extra special? Robbie’s playing two full albums back to back. There’s his debut, Life Thru A Lens, “which catapulted him to global success”, plus his brand new one, Britpop, out on Friday February 6 2026. It’s a loving nod to 90s music vibes, packed with mates like Chris Martin from Coldplay, Gaz Coombes of Supergrass, Tony Iommi from Black Sabbath, Jesse & Joy and, of course, Gary Barlow.
No wonder fans are excited; the man’s sold over 90 million records, snagged 18 BRIT Awards (more than anyone else), and racked up 15 UK number ones. His recent Netflix docuseries, that Oscar-nominated film Better Man, and his FIFA anthem all point to “a moment of artistic maturity and enormous international projection”, as the festival puts it.
The team behind it promises “some of the most influential voices in international music” in that magical setting, all wrapped up in an “eclectic, diverse and top notch” programme.
So keep your eyes peeled for when tickets become available. Summer 2026 in Seville is starting to shape up nicely.
