November 16 Cross-country race up to Lorca castle

A 4.5-kilometre course up to the Fortaleza del Sol in Lorca

The running race up to Lorca castle during the festivities prior to the Feast Day of San Clemente have become a fixture in the annual calenda of the municipality in recent years, and 2025 sees the 47^th event and the 39^th time it has consisted of running up to the medieval fortress.

The race begins at 10.30 in the Plaza de Calderón and registration is available online here for just 3 euros – but only until November 13 at 14.00!
