Murcia weather forecast October 22 to 25: Sunshine returns after DANA Adam floods
Temperatures will climb to 26°C across the Region of Murcia as the clouds clear for the weekend

Weather outlook on Saturday October 24
Sunshine is back in the Region of Murcia, with temperatures climbing again from Thursday after the heavy rain brought by DANA Adam left streets flooded in towns such as San Pedro del Pinatar, La Manga and Los Alcázares.
Autumn arrived with a downpour and storms that swamped streets once more, with Torre Pacheco and San Javier among the areas that took the most rain, and the same weather system claimed several lives in the Valencian Community.
According to the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), the good weather is here to stay well into next week, with very little cloud and rising temperatures, which means any plans that were cancelled because of the rain can go ahead after all.

Temperatures forecast on Thursday afternoon
Thursday October 22 brings highs of 25°C in both Murcia and Cartagena, with lows of 15°C and 13°C respectively, while the Northwest will be the coolest part of the Region, with Caravaca reaching 22°C by day and dipping to 7°C at night.
Temperatures will edge up again on Friday October 23, when Murcia and Cartagena will hit 26°C, Lorca 25°C and Caravaca 23°C, although nights in Caravaca turn a little cooler at 6°C. Skies will be partly cloudy with high cloud, becoming clear or partly cloudy as the afternoon goes on.

Average temperatures on Friday
A slight drop in temperatures arrives on Saturday October 24 along with mostly clear skies. Murcia and Cartagena will still be the warmest at 24°C, while Caravaca and Yecla will reach just 20°C and 21°C respectively and see the coolest nights, with lows of 7°C, so residents of the Northwest and the Altiplano will be glad of a blanket again.

Average temperatures on Saturday
Sunday October 25 will see the mercury rise once more, with the regional capital reaching 27°C followed by Caravaca and Lorca at 25°C. Overnight lows will creep up slightly in the Northwest and the Altiplano, and skies will look much the same as the days before, mostly clear with a few high clouds.

Average temperatures on Sunday
The start of next week will be warmer still, with highs of 27°C in Murcia and 26°C in Cartagena and Lorca and minimums rising by a couple of degrees, so by Monday there shouldn’t be a puddle left from last weekend’s rain.
Minimum and maximum temperatures in Region of Murcia this weekend:
- Thursday October 22: Min 7; Max 25°C
- Friday October 23: Min 6; Max 26°C
- Saturday October 24: Min 6; Max 24°C
- Sunday October 25: Min 7; Max 27°C
