Monte Arabí tourist information point in the Yecla countryside
The tourist information point of Monte Arabí in the municipality of Yecla, very close to the boundary between the Region of Murcia and the province of Albacete, is in the old forest ranger’s house at the foot of the mystical mountain.
This location is just a couple of hundred metres from the remains of the prehistoric settlement of Arabilejo and the mysterious petroglyphs which were carved into the rock thousands of years ago for purposes which are not clear.
The information available at this office includes aspects of the wildlife and natural environment, cultural and historical heritage, walking routes, picnic and recreation areas and other interesting locations. There are also scheduled guided walks throughout the year.
