May 15 to 17 Artisan Cheese Fair in Cartagena!

23 producers from all over Spain including two local concerns in a tangy festival for lovers of fomented curd!

Some of the finest artisan cheese made in Spain Will be on display and available for tasting in the Plaza de Las Cartagenas del Mundo in Cartagena on the main seafront (click for map) from 15^th to 17^th May during the first edition of the “Feria del Queso Artesano”.

23 exhibitors have confirmed their attendance, along with wine producers from the Region of Murcia and local businesses and stores, with entry free of charge. For those hoping to enjoy some of the tangy tastes on offer, a special tasting pass of 7 euros entitles you to 8 tastings!

Among the local businesses taking part is Kuky’s Cheesecake in Plaza Castellini, while the cheesemakers include the locals from Yerbera and Quesos de Tallante.

The event is open to the public on the Friday and Saturday from 11.00 to 21.00 and on Sunday from 11.00 to 16.00.
