March 10 and 11 Regional tapas competition in Lorca!

Competitors in Lorca face the challenge of presenting a delicious bar snack while spending under 1.380 euros per person!

The 3rd “tapas and pinchos” championship of the Region of Murcia is ta King place at the IFELOR venue in Lorca on Monday March 10 and Tuesday March 11, with competitors taking part in a show-cooking format and showing off their creativity and culinary skills.

Their challenge is to create original snacks which can be consumed in a maximum of 3 mouthfuls with a budget of just 1.80 euros per portion – in this way they are encouraged not only to present their clientele with delicious bites but also to go easy on their pockets! They will then be judged on the criteria of quality, innovation and cost management.

The winners take away a total of over 3,000 euros, so rest assured they will not be skimping on the effort they put in!
