Los Alcázares launches exciting digital campaign to attract more visitors
A mix of social media, video content and influencer promotion is planned to showcase the very best of Los Alcázares

Los Alcázares is gearing up for a major tourism push with plans to promote the town across social media, TV and online platforms in a bid to attract more visitors and keep them coming back.
The council has launched a €114,960 campaign focused on boosting the town’s profile and showcasing what it has to offer, particularly as a sustainable destination on the Costa Cálida. The idea is not just to bring in new tourists, but also to spread visits more evenly throughout the year.
A big part of the plan centres on digital content. Promotional videos, photography and social media clips will be created and shared widely, alongside radio and TV advertising. Influencers will also be brought in to help reach a wider audience and give the town more exposure.
There are also plans for online press campaigns at both regional and national level, along with a dedicated website page packed with information and designed to be easy to find online. A large image library will be created too, giving the town plenty of material for future promotions.
The campaign will focus on three key themes. One highlights cultural events and local traditions, another promotes sports and outdoor activities, and the third showcases the improvements being made around the town.
Behind the scenes, the council will track how the campaign performs using digital tools, keeping an eye on online reviews and engagement to fine-tune the approach.
Local businesses are expected to play a role as well, with the aim of strengthening the overall tourism offer and encouraging new ideas, especially in areas like nature, culture and active tourism.
The campaign is set to roll out over three months, with the goal of giving Los Alcázares a stronger presence and a more consistent flow of visitors all year round.
