Residents at La Torre Golf Resort in the Region of Murcia can expect a series of community upgrades in the coming weeks, with refurbishment works now underway in key communal areas of the residential golf resort and private living complex.

 

Work has begun on gardening and landscaping tasks in the area next to the resort’s clubhouse, a project which also includes bringing the two fountains located in that area back into operation, enhancing the appearance and ambience of one of the resort’s central points.

 

The works are expected to be completed in early April, as reported by the community management team.

 

Alongside these improvements, upgrades are continuing at the communal swimming pools: the existing showers are being replaced with new push-button models, in line with the planned maintenance schedule, while repainting of the wooden fencing surrounding the pool areas is also currently underway.

 

It is part of a push to improve and update facilities ahead of the peak summer season, but also an increased effort on the part of the community managers to provide more transparency on works being carried out around the resort.
