June 7 Corpus Christi procession in Los Alcázares

Los Alcázares observes the Catholic feast day 60 days days after Easter

The religious feast of Corpus Christi is celebrated 60 days after Easter, falling this year on 4^th June, and in Los Alcázares the occasion is marked by a procession in the streets on the following Sunday. 

The procession begins after the 19.30 Mass at the church of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción and runs along Avenida de la Libertad before ending at the Playa de la Concha, outside the Club Náutico.

As ever, all are welcome to take part, especially those children who have celebrated their First Communion this year!
