June 28 Free dramatized tour of the historic centre of Jumilla

A dramatized representation of the history of the 19th-century architectural jewels of Jumilla

The Tourism department of the Town Hall of Jumilla is holding this free guided tour of the architectural jewels in the old town centre, most of them dating from the late 19^th century, in the evening of 28th June.

The tour is in Spanish and is dramatized, accompanying the history with a little drama and some anecdotes from Jumilla’s colourful past. Among the most important buildings included are the Teatro Vico, where the event begins at 10.00, and the Modernist house which stands close by, with plenty more attractions thrown in as you are taken back 150 years or so to relive one of the most important periods in Jumilla's history. 

Registration is free of charge but hurry up to book online here as the tour is expected to prove very popular!
