If you’re one of those who are quite happy to curtail their Walpoling activities and enter a place of purveyance to negotiate the vending of some cheesy comestibles (with apologies for the mixed Monty Python references) you will doubtless be keen to try your hand at making your own fermented curd at this workshop in the Plaza de Abastos food market in Alhama on Saturday 27^th June!

While you’re there, of course, you can also enjoy the wide range of fresh foods on offer at the market every day, including bakers’ goods, fish, meat, fruit and vegetables and loads more!

The introductory workshop begins at 11.30 and lasts just an hour, with registration costing just 5 euros and available from the local Centro de Formación y Empleo (telephone 868 921084).
