The Council has presented its new corporate image, based on the colour Monastrell and paying homage to the town’s wine activities
The Ayuntamiento de Jumilla has unveiled a new brand image, which was presented this week at the auditorium María Ángeles Tomás of the Professional Conservatory of Music.Pantone 228 has been given the name for the colour Monastrell, and has been chosen as the predominant colour to represent Jumilla Town Hall with this new corporate identity.Monastrell is a type of grape variety used to produce wine, and the choice of this colour and name for Jumilla’s new branding is a reference to the town’s close links to the wine production sector.The corporate identity has up to 16 different versions of the Town Hall logo in various different formats used for the creation of graphic material or printing, in addition to the vectorisation of all the versions.This rebranding has been carried out by the Jumilla company NX Grafismo y Servicios Informáticos.As the Mayor of Jumilla, Seve González, pointed out, “This new corporate identity represents the Town Hall as an institution in the 21st century and in no way replaces the coat of arms of the city of Jumilla, which will continue to be used on many occasions.”In the presentation of the new corporate image, it was also explained that the project has been followed by a working group composed of all the political groups that make up the Town Council and the collaboration of authoritative voices such as Cayetano Herrero, director of the Ethnographic Museum, and Estefanía Gandía, museum technician of the Town Council. In this collaborative effort, all participants have had the opportunity to express their considerations, doubts and suggestions.From now on, any professional, collective, club or association can contact the City Council’s communication and press department to request all the files and versions or the user manual for this new corporate image.This contract was awarded to the company NX Grafismo y Servicios informáticos for a price of 14,500 euros plus VAT (17,545 euros), which includes the development and design work to come up with the new image, a user manual and a video presentation.
