July 7-12 LGBTIQ+ Pride events in Los Alcázares
The Mar Menor vibrates with Pride once again in Los Alcázares with a full week of celebration, diversity and inclusion

Organised by the local LGTBIQ+ association ¿Lo tienes claro?, this six-day event promises a vibrant mix of culture, wellbeing, activism and entertainment.
After the resounding success of its inaugural edition, this year’s Pride festival returns with a full week of activities, further establishing itself as a major cultural and social event in the Region of Murcia.
“We invite neighbours and visitors to participate in this great celebration, which turns Los Alcázares into a space of freedom, respect and joy for all people, whatever their orientation or identity,” said Luis Sánchez, president of the association ¿Lo tienes claro?.
A diverse and inclusive programme

Highlights include the Mr Orgullo Mar Menor gala on Wednesday July 9 at 9.30pm in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, featuring Samantha Ballantines, Lolita Versache, Angelita la Perversa, Hernan and other well-known performers.
The weekend promises to be especially festive, with musical performances in the Plaza Real de la Feria on the Friday and Saturday nights. The closing day on Saturday July 12 includes a massive Pride march through the town, followed by a major concert with appearances by Sonia and Selena, Kuve, Supremme Deluxe and many more artists and DJs.

In addition, sexual health will be an important part of the agenda. HIV testing will be available through Fast Track Cities and the Red Cross, along with information stands and workshops focused on prevention, self-care and health rights.
Talks and panel discussions will explore topics such as diversity, visibility and the fight against LGTBIphobia. These sessions will feature professionals, activists and associations including Lo Tienes Claro, Vihsibles and Adhara.
“The objective is clear: to turn our municipality into a destination of reference for the LGTBIQ+ community and to continue advancing in the respect, visibility and rights of the group,” said councillor for Social Policy Francisco Javier Pacheco. “The Town Council of Los Alcázares believes that it is absolutely necessary to hold events like this, because the celebration of Pride is a way to claim and reaffirm our commitment to the rights and visibility of the collective.”
