July 25 The Jumilla Town Bands Festival welcomes its traditional guests from western Spain

The Julián Santos music society of Jumilla is holding its 28^th annual national bands festival on Saturday 25^th July, welcoming repeat guests the Olivenza Philharmonic, whose home town is in the western Spanish province of Badajoz very close to the frontier with Portugal.

The band will be performing at 21.00 in the Plaza de Arrriba, a perfect setting in the heart of the old town, where the music matches the beauty and proportions of the buildings which have constituted the centre of Jumilla for centuries.
