August has arrived and that means that many coveted parking spots in Cartagena will be completely free during certain hours.

 

The annual summer arrangement means that parking in the ORA blue zone in Cartagena is now free on evenings and Saturdays in August. Throughout the month, drivers will only have to buy a parking ticket from Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm.

 

During paid parking periods, drivers should also remember that it’s no longer necessary to leave a ticket on the dashboard, since the new meters can identify vehicles by means of their registration numbers, making the issuing of physical tickets redundant.
