Free beach fitness sessions on the beaches of San Javier July and August 2026

Get into shape before a refreshing swim in Santiago de la Ribera and La Manga

Once again this summer the Town Hall of San Javier is offering free fitness sessions for all members of the public on the beaches of La Manga del Mar Menor and Santiago de la Ribera during the months of July and August.

All scheduled for the early morning or early evening, these sessions are a great way to put in some proper physical exercise before freshening up with a dip in the sea, ready for another day at the beach, by the pool or exploring the area, or perhaps a great evening in the Costa Cálida!

The timetable for the activities this summer is as follows:

Playa Barnuevo (Santiago de la Ribera): Monday and Friday 7.45 to 8.45

Explanada Barnuevo (Santiago de la Ribera): Monday to Thursday 19.30 to 20.30

Playa Mistral (La Manga): Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8.00 to 9.00

Playa Veneziola (La Manga): Tuesday and Thursday 8.00 to 9.00
