February 28 Zarzuela conference and performances in Jumilla
Zarzuela is a Spanish form of light opera which developed, in broad terms, between 1650 and 1950, and this event at the Casa de la Música y Las Artes in Jumilla on February 28 consists of a conference given by ÓScar del Saz, who explains the genre’s importance as part of intangible cultural heritage, and recitals by soprano Carmen Mateo, baritone Gerardo Bullón and Pedro Valero at the piano.
