February 27 to March 2 Burger Week in Caravaca de la Cruz!

Some of the best burgers in Spain and a fill program of live entertainment in Caravaca

Running alongside the Carnival celebrations this year in Caravaca de la Cruz is the “Burger Week”, a gastronomic event for all the family (especially perhaps the younger generations) featuring 11 food trucks representing restaurants from all over Spain.

The event is held behind Salones Castillo de la Cruz at the municipal fairground (click for map) with the trucks offering delicious burgers provided by Castillo, Vacania, Blitz and Briochef (from Madrid), Gula Supreme (Caravaca), SmashGoat and Vulcano (Madrid), Jangueo (celiac and vegan), Saborea (Caravaca), MontyBurguer and Cenas de Hidalgo. At the same time a La Santa truck offers desserts, and other stands will be selling starters, snacks and chicken burgers for children.

The opening hours are as follows:

Thursday February 27: 19.00 to midnight

Friday February 28: 19.00 to 1.00 in the morning

Saturday March 1: 12.00 midday to 1.00 in the morning

Sunday March 2: 12.00 midday to midnight.

While the sounds and smells of sizzling burgers fill the air they will be competing with a full program of music and stage shows throughout the evening, as well as children’s entertainment.
