Espacio Mediterráneo sets sail on a Cruise of Terror this Halloween with free workshops, prizes and pirate adventures
Pick up your boarding pass, collect your stamps and win pirate-themed gifts across six days of spooky family fun at the shopping centre
Halloween has arrived at Espacio Mediterráneo, and this year the shopping centre is going full pirate. The Cruise of Terror is now underway, running across six dates between today and Sunday November 1, with free workshops, activities and gifts up for grabs for anyone who comes aboard. The concept is simple and genuinely good fun for families. Download the Espacio Mediterráneo app, head to the designated point in the centre to redeem your campaign coupon and collect your boarding pass. From there, take part in the workshops and activities to earn stamps in the corresponding boxes on your pass. Each validated stamp earns a gift, chosen from temporary tattoos, compass keychains or pirate bandanas, and each box can only be redeemed once. When you’re ready, present your stamped pass at the redemption point on Floor 1 and claim what you’ve won.
Gifts are available while stocks last, with 600 temporary tattoos, 420 compass keychains and 420 pirate bandanas up for grabs in total, so it’s worth heading along sooner rather than later.
When is it on?
The Cruise of Terror is running today, so there’s no time to waste. The full schedule is:
- Fridays October 23 and 30: 6.00pm to 8.00pm
- Saturdays October 24 and 31: 12.00pm to 2.00pm and 6.00pm to 8.00pm
- Sundays October 25 and November 1: 12.00pm to 2.00pm and 6.00pm to 8.00pm
All workshops and activities are free of charge, subject to capacity and available materials. The Information Point is open Monday to Friday from 11.30am to 2.30pm and 5.00pm to 9.00pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 11.00am to 9.00pm.
Win €100 to spend at Inditex on Instagram
There’s also a social media giveaway running alongside the in-centre activities. Between now and Sunday November 2, Espacio Mediterráneo is giving away two €100 Inditex gift cards on Instagram. To enter, follow @espaciomediterraneo, like the giveaway post and mention two other profiles in the comments. Your account needs to be public at the time the winners are checked. The two winners will be announced on November 2 via the Instagram profile and contacted by direct message, with five days to respond.
Espacio Mediterráneo has built a habit of making its seasonal events genuinely worth turning up for, from eclipse glasses in the summer to pop-up spas in September, and the Cruise of Terror carries on that tradition with something the whole family can get involved in. If you’ve got children or grandchildren visiting this half-term, this is a very easy way to keep them entertained for a couple of hours.
All aboard!
