Sonrisas Harmony A Cappella Chorus will be giving a concert at the Centro Cultural Las Claras located on Calle Helena, Los Alcázares on Wednesday December 11 that is not to be missed.With songs from the stage and screen, Sonrisas Harmony Musical Director, Valerie Lynch, is ready to guide attendees to a rainforest, with a magical performance of the hit song Circle of Life, which received rapturous applause at their recent concert in the courtyard of the famous Encarnación Hotel.
The concert will also include Sonrisas Harmony's new Christmas Repertoire with songs in many different languages.
Sonrisas Harmony have now grown to 46 members, which is believed to be the largest female A Cappella Chorus in Spain, including singers from 14 different countries around the world.
Sonrisas always like to support local charities and for the coming year they have chosen as their dedicated cause AFACMUR, which is a charity that supports children from the age of 0-18 who are diagnosed with cancer.
The Region of Murcia records an average of 64 cases of new diagnosis of childhood cancer per year, and Sonrisas have committed to devoting any additional funds they raise between September 2024 and September 2025, once all expenses are paid, to AFACMUR to help combat child cancer.
Sonrisas concerts are always sold out, so to be sure of your seat at this very special concert on December 11 you are advised to get your tickets early!
The show starts at 4pm and it costs 5 euros per person.
