December 7 A day out getting to know the River Quípar in the Caravaca countryside
Discover the history and landscapes of this river in the north-west of Murcia!
The La Junquera association is holding this event on Saturday 7th December at the source of the River Quípar, beginning at 11.00 and ending at approximately 16.00.
Activities include a session of reminiscence about the river – participants are invited to bring along old photos and share their memories – as well as esparto grass and old toy workshops, traditional folk music and dancing and of course lunch, consisting of a typical rice dish in the area.
