December 12 Rescue the Time Traveller of Alhama de Murcia in the free interactive gymkhana activity – in Spanish
An enjoyable tour and exploration of Alhama for both grown-ups and youngsters
During the autumn of 2024 the tourist office of Alhama de Murcia is re-introducing its tourism gymkhana called “Rescue the Time Traveller”, encouraging visitors of all ages to explore the town in Spanish.
This free, interactive activity has been designed for both adults and youngsters (from 7 years old) as they join forces to piece together the fragments of a map which have been scattered over the old centre of the town. In order to complete their task they will have to visit some of the best-known sights in Alhama, collecting the clues digitally on a smartphone in a project which forms part of the “intelligent tourism” initiative.
The gymkhana on December 12 is being held in Spanish at 10.30 and is expected to last approximately 90 minutes. It is entirely free of charge but prior registration is required online here or at the tourist office (968 633512).
