Christmas charity toy drive returns to Los Alcázares
The annual “No child without a toy” campaign returns to support local Los Alcázares families in need

Los Alcázares has brought back one of its most cherished festive traditions with the relaunch of its Christmas toy collection campaign. The initiative, known as “No child without a toy,” aims to ensure that every child in the municipality can unwrap a present this Christmas.
The campaign is already underway and will remain active until Friday December 12.
Organised by the Youth and Social Policy departments of the Los Alcázares Town Council, this annual drive has become a symbol of community spirit. Each year hundreds of residents take part, donating toys that bring joy to local families who might otherwise struggle at this time of year.
From now until December 12, anyone wishing to contribute can drop off new or gently used toys in good condition. These donations will be distributed to families across the municipality who need them most. The council reminds residents that every toy counts and that even the smallest gesture can help a child feel the magic of Christmas.
Councillor for Social Policy and Youth Claudia Muñoz Casas highlighted the strong sense of unity that defines the town, pointing out that “every year our municipality demonstrates tremendous solidarity. We are confident that this year’s event will be another success and that, together, we will ensure that no child goes without a gift.”The designated drop-off points for these charitable donations are:
- Los Alcázares Town Hall: Monday to Friday, from 9am to 2pm.
- CISSMU of Los Narejos: Monday to Friday, from 9am to 8.30pm.
- Espacio Joven La Torre: Monday to Friday, from 9am to 2pm.
Los Alcázares Town Council invites everyone who is able to collaborate to visit any of these locations. With the community’s support the campaign hopes to once again stand as a shining example of generosity and shared commitment during the festive season.
