The popular care home in Murcia, Caser Residencial Santo Ángel, has recently taken part in a couple of jobs fairs and other professional initiatives to develop young, new staff to work in the care sector.

 

Always at the forefront of what’s new in elderly care and rehabilitation in the Region of Murcia, Caser Residencial’s latest efforts combined hands-on training with direct engagement at university level.

 

One of the key events was the first Training Day on Caring for People with Care Needs, which brought together more than 100 nursing assistant students from colleges and training centres across the region.

 

The day focused on practical learning, giving participants the opportunity to apply essential skills that will shape their future careers.

 

During the session, students worked on areas such as the use of hospital beds, hoists and mobilisation techniques, always with a clear emphasis on maintaining the wellbeing and dignity of those in their care.

Alongside this, Caser Residencial also took part in the Job Fair held on Thursday April 23 as part of Employment and Training Week at the Catholic University of San Antonio in Murcia.

 

The event provided an opportunity to connect directly with students and professionals exploring careers in the social and healthcare sector.
