Carlos Santana returns to Spain with a legendary gig in Murcia
The music icon will take to the stage in Murcia in 2025 for the first time in 20 years
Prepare yourselves music fans, as the iconic Carlos Santana, hailed as one of the greatest guitarists in music history, is set to make a grand return to
Spain after more than two decades.
Fans of the Mexican maestro can look forward to four electrifying performances in the summer of 2025, including a highly anticipated concert in Murcia.
Santana, whose groundbreaking fusion of blues, rock and Afro-Latin sounds has earned him global acclaim, will revisit Spanish stages to celebrate his illustrious career.
Audiences can expect to hear classics from his most celebrated albums, Abraxas (1970) and Supernatural (1999), in what promises to be an unforgettable musical experience.
The last time Santana performed in Spanish cities such as Madrid and Barcelona was more than 20 years ago. This time, his tour will include stops in Murcia and Jerez de la Frontera in
Cadiz, alongside his return to Madrid and Barcelona.
In Murcia, Santana will be performing on Friday August 1, 2025, at the Plaza de Toros bullring as part of the Murcia ON festival.
Pre-sale of tickets starts on Monday December 16, 2024, from 10am for subscribers to
Santana.com, who will receive a password to be able to get their tickets before anyone else. The, on Tuesday December 17, the general public will be able to
buy tickets.

Taquilla Tickets will also soon be selling tickets to see Simple Minds and Europe in concert, both of whom are also doing concerts in Murcia next year.
Elsewhere in Spain, Santana is playing in Barcelona on July 26; in Madrid on July 28 and 29; in Valencia on July 31; in Marbella on August 3; and in Jerez de la Frontera on August 8.
Currently, a 14-day gap in his European tour – between a July 2 concert in Mantua, Italy and the Rosenheim Sommerfestival in Germany on July 16 – has sparked speculation. Many believe his Spanish performances will align with the programming of major festivals yet to announce their summer line-ups.
Santana’s European visit is part of his Oneness Tour, which has captivated audiences across the United States in 2024. The European leg kicks off on June 9 in Łódź, Poland and concludes on June 21 in Nîmes, France, with more than 20 dates planned across the continent.

Born in Autlán de Navarro, Jalisco, Mexico in 1947, Carlos Santana became a global phenomenon with his genre-defying style. Rolling Stone ranks him 20th among the greatest guitarists of all time.
At 77 years old, Santana continues to inspire with a legacy that includes 10 Grammy Awards, 3 Latin Grammys, more than 30 albums and more than 100 million records sold worldwide.
From his legendary performance at Woodstock in 1969 to his timeless hits like Samba Pa Ti, Black Magic Woman, Corazón Espinado, Maria Maria and Smooth, Santana’s influence is unparalleled.
