Bars and pubs in the Region of Murcia can close later on Halloween
Cafés and restaurants across the Region can also stay open longer under the exceptional order

Halloween partygoers in the Region of Murcia can look forward to a later night, as bars, pubs, cafés and restaurants will be allowed to close two hours later than usual on the night of Saturday October 31, running into the early hours of Sunday November 1.
The regional government has issued an order extending closing times for hospitality venues, and Director General for Local Administration Francisco Abril explained that it applies to cafés, bars and restaurants. Pubs will be allowed to stay open until 6am instead of the normal 4am.
The authorities pointed out that the permission is exceptional and temporary and doesn’t exempt venues from the noise limits or from any other rules on potentially disruptive activities. Those include the specific conditions of each venue’s licence and the general regulations covering public performances and recreational activities.
