Arrange who will look after your pets when you're no longer able to with Thy Will Be Done
A legal Pet Future Custody Agreement lets owners name a trusted guardian and two reserves to care for their animals

For plenty of owners, a pet is every bit as much a part of the family as a child, which is why it makes sense to decide in advance who'd step in to look after them if circumstances ever left you unable to do it yourself.
Many people cover this by adding a clause to their will, but a will only comes into play after death. It does nothing for an owner who loses mental capacity or moves into a care home that won't accept animals, or for anyone whose situation simply makes it impractical to keep their pet with them.
That's the gap a Pet Future Custody Agreement from Thy Will Be Done is designed to fill. It's a legal document signed by the owner and by the people who've agreed to take on the responsibility of giving the animals a safe and caring home when the owner can no longer do so, whatever the reason.
The agreement sets out everything a new carer would need to know, from diet, medication and exercise routine to the vet, the insurance company and the microchip number, along with plenty more besides.
Two reserve guardians can also be named, so if the first-choice carer isn't available when the time comes, or their own health declines after they've taken the pets in, one of the reserves can step in.
Clients who combine the agreement with Priority Client Cover, which costs just €4.99 a month, can update it as many times as they like for the lifetime of their pets, completely free of charge.

An agreement covering up to three pets, with one primary guardian and location plus two reserve guardians and locations, costs €99 including VAT. Each additional pet going to the same primary guardian and location can be added for €30 including VAT, while owners whose pets are going to different primary guardians at different locations will need a separate agreement for each one. Existing Priority Client Cover clients can take all cover at half price.
